We’re revisiting a past podcast show where Mr. Al Pete has a compelling conversation with Mr. Dominic Lawson, the host of The Startup Life, Black Is America, Beyond Theory, and Recovery Replay podcasts, a native of Memphis, Tennessee, and much more. The song that was expounded on was Three 6 Mafia ‘Ridin’ Spinners’, a classic down south tune Pete and Dom can cosign with ease.
In the episode, they reflected on where they was at in life when the song came out, which was released in 2003. Also, they elaborated on how winning an Oscar elevated and cemented Three 6 Mafia’s legacy in Hip Hop and importantly, the music world.
