Neighbors! Another year has went by and I don’t know about you, but for us at The MPN Network and LRK Productions, time wasn’t standing around for us or anyone else! Within moving with the times (literally), a decent amount of independent artists from Jacksonville, Florida (…or…DUUUUUVVVVAAAALLLL) released singles, EPs, and full length projects. We’re back again to honor the top 10 projects released this year. Check out last year’s honorees HERE. We also made honorable mention of artists below.
The selected projects are below and were based on three categories:
Presence: if the artist is consistently pushing their project by way of videos, interviews, and/or performances.
Body of work: how the album sounds sonically and if it has playback value.
Impact: basically, how the album sounds to the culture.
Cheers to all the projects mentioned! We’re looking forward to what comes out of the artists in 2023 (there has been some conversations and yeah…can’t wait)! Happy Holidays and New Year to all!
